Event Photography I specialize in capturing the energy and atmosphere of your events through a candid, documentary-style approach. Whether it’s a grassroots gathering, live performance, or community celebration, my event photography delivers unscripted moments that reflect the heart of your event in a raw, timeless style. My portrait photography focuses on creating powerful, authentic visuals through collaboration and creative direction. Each session is designed to produce meaningful images that reflect your identity and vision. Studio Photography In the studio, every detail is intentional. My studio photography offers a controlled environment to craft bold, deliberate visuals that align with your goals. From lighting to composition, I focus on creating high-impact, professional images with a touch of creative edge. Whether for families, creative teams, or organizations, I work to highlight the relationships and individuality within the group, delivering cohesive, striking images.
Cancellation Policy
Overview This policy ensures clear communication, mutual respect, and the protection of my artistic vision. I strive to provide high-quality, custom photography while maintaining professionalism and fostering creative collaboration. The following terms apply to all photography services. 1. Booking and Scheduling • Notice: Sessions must be booked with a minimum of 36 hours’ notice to allow for proper preparation. • Session durations are based on the clients needs and consultation • Portrait and group photography sessions are hour-and-a-half sessions by default. • Studio photography is billed hourly. • Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any booking if necessary but will make every effort to accommodate scheduled sessions. 2. Payment and Deposits • Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. • For larger bookings (e.g., studio or group sessions), a 20% deposit may be required. • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due at the start of the session. • Refunds: Full payment is non-refundable unless I cancel the booking. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Rescheduling: Canceled sessions can be rescheduled within one week of the original booking date. • Repeat Cancellations: More than two cancellations or reschedules per month may result in termination of the client agreement. 4. Artistic Integrity • Creative Vision: My photography style is rooted in black-and-white imagery, which is non-negotiable for most sessions, although I am flexible within boundaries. • Color Requests: Clients may request color photography for up to two shoots per month, after which a $500 surcharge will apply. • Editing Authority: I maintain creative control over all editing. Clients are encouraged to trust my process and style, which I refine to deliver the best results. 5. Deliverables • Edited Photos: Each session includes 15-20 professionally edited images, delivered within one week. • Rush Delivery: Expedited editing (24-hour turnaround) is available for an additional $100 fee. • Re-edits: Clients are entitled to two complimentary re-edits per session; further re-edits are billed at $50 each. • RAW Files: RAW files will not be provided to clients. 6. Image Rights and Usage • Usage Rights: Clients may use their images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions: • I retain the right to use images
