From low pressure home sessions to professional studio time, I offer full-service Music Production meant to bring your vision to life. Whether at my personal studio where we can slow down and cook a beat together or at CCM Studios, where you are ready to hop in the Vocal Booth and record right away (for $50/hr), I will ensure you leave with a song you cherish. My roots in the front range's Hip-hop, Techno, & Rock Underground have shaped my unique & vast palette for high-energy, distinct sounds guaranteed to get the crowd moving. My internship at Grammy-Nominated & Platinum-Record-Winning Side-3 Studios shows my dedication to bettering my craft & making the best music possible. i bring fast, precise recording skills to my soulful, groovy style with every session. Cancellation Policy
Overview This policy ensures clear communication, mutual respect, and the protection of my artistic vision. I strive to provide high-quality, custom photography while maintaining professionalism and fostering creative collaboration. The following terms apply to all photography services. 1. Booking and Scheduling • Notice: Sessions must be booked with a minimum of 36 hours’ notice to allow for proper preparation. • Session durations are based on the clients needs and consultation • Portrait and group photography sessions are hour-and-a-half sessions by default. • Studio photography is billed hourly. • Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any booking if necessary but will make every effort to accommodate scheduled sessions. 2. Payment and Deposits • Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. • For larger bookings (e.g., studio or group sessions), a 20% deposit may be required. • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due at the start of the session. • Refunds: Full payment is non-refundable unless I cancel the booking. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Rescheduling: Canceled sessions can be rescheduled within one week of the original booking date. • Repeat Cancellations: More than two cancellations or reschedules per month may result in termination of the client agreement. 4. Artistic Integrity • Creative Vision: My photography style is rooted in black-and-white imagery, which is non-negotiable for most sessions, although I am flexible within boundaries. • Color Requests: Clients may request color photography for up to two shoots per month, after which a $500 surcharge will apply. • Editing Authority: I maintain creative control over all editing. Clients are encouraged to trust my process and style, which I refine to deliver the best results. 5. Deliverables • Edited Photos: Each session includes 15-20 professionally edited images, delivered within one week. • Rush Delivery: Expedited editing (24-hour turnaround) is available for an additional $100 fee. • Re-edits: Clients are entitled to two complimentary re-edits per session; further re-edits are billed at $50 each. • RAW Files: RAW files will not be provided to clients. 6. Image Rights and Usage • Usage Rights: Clients may use their images for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions: • I retain the right to use images
