Cancellation Policy
1. Turnaround and Deadlines • Minimum Notice: Flyers and branding projects require a minimum of 1 week’s notice. • No Rush Jobs: These designs are handcrafted and require care—rush jobs are not accepted. 2. Payment • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin work. • Pricing: Rates are negotiable depending on the scope and complexity of the project. 3. Creative Process • Creative Control: After the initial consultation, I maintain full creative control over the design process. • Revisions: • Clients may request one discounted redo at 50% off the original rate if they’re dissatisfied with the final product. • Additional revisions or reworks will require full payment for a new project. 4. Deliverables • Physical and Digital: • The finished piece will be digitally touched up for delivery, ensuring a polished final product. • The original physical drawing is available upon request; note that slight variations may exist between the physical and digital versions. • Portfolio Rights: I retain the right to display all designs in my portfolio or other promotional materials. 5. Cancellations and Refunds • Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. • Cancellation: If the project is canceled midway, all work completed up to that point will be provided in draft form. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed projects. • Refund Policy: No refunds are offered for completed art—this is a handcrafted process, and the time and care involved are non-negotiable. 6. Respect and Communication • Professionalism: I expect clients to respect my time, craft, and dedication. Collaboration is welcome, but harassment, belittling, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the project without a refund.
